As much as we love and appreciate your mail order, we are big fans, believers, and supporters of RECORD STORES!
Below is a list of the great stores in Los Angeles that carry our records.
Freakbeat Records 13616 Ventura Blvd. Sherman Oaks, CA 91423
Imagine John Cusak and Jack Black from High Fidelity. Now add 20 years. Bob and Tom are rad, and run the best record store in the world. One time Bob told us he didn’t like Bob Dylan, and that he doesn’t listen/pay attention to/care for lyrics. That’s awesome.
Amoeba Music 6400 Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90028
Not much to say about Amoeba that hasn’t been said already. Imagine your favorite mom and pop shop merged with Costco… Worlds largest independent record store. You’ll find everything here.
Vacation Vinyl 4679 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90027
Rad new record store. Cool almost chic vibe and carries a lot of insane heavy music you’ll have trouble finding anywhere else… along with all the other great stuff.
Territory BBQ + Records 534 N Hoover St. Los Angeles, CA 90004
A BBQ Restaurant and Record Store under the same roof… THE AMERICAN DREAM, right? Go here, buy a sammich, then buy some records. Pull on Tony’s beard, and tell him we sent you.
Origami Vinyl 1816 West Sunset Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90026
Another new record shop in LA specializing in new records, mainly indie/punk/underground. Located right next to the Echo and surrounded by two of the best places to get Pizza in LA.
Equator Books 1103 Abbot Kinney Blvd., Venice, CA.
Equator sells out of print books, records, serves as an art gallery, and now a Cafe as well. Slang Chickens once played here too. Right near the beeaaach.
